Illustrator CS Problem

I have just installed my adobe illustrator CS Version 11.0..

However when I started the program, something weird happen. My computer screen keep flickering for about 5 seconds, after that the illustrator CS program interface come out for 1 seconds, then it closes automatically. After this, it seems nothing happen at all, and all appear normal.

I am using Windows XP pro SP2, Norton Internet Security 2005 and Norton Antivirus 2005

I have a copy of ghost image, which i saved just after I install Windows XP pro SP1 and the hardware drivers(no other software), I restore my computers using that ghost image, and install the illustratos CS version 11.0, the software works well for me.

However, when I restored back to my Windows XP pro SP2 (Contains Norton Internet Security 2005 and Norton Antivirus 2005), the same problem recurred.

Hope some experts here can help me solve this problem. I may not give enough information here, if you need it, feel free to tell me.
