Problem when changing from HLP to CHM help files

I have a program which I have converted the help file from HLP to CHM. The problem is whenever help is called from a dialog box the dialog box 'disappears' behind the main form when the Help.CHM file is shown. I have to ALT+TAB the dialog box back to the 'front' to close it. This never happened when using Help.HLP

Any suggestions appreciated.

What do you use for your CHM compiler. I use Help & manual and there is an option (in the projects preferences) for Stay on top,  as well as options for windows size, colors, etc.
