Sonicwall - GOTOMYPC problems

Since installing my Sonicwall TZ170, I am having intermittent problems accessing a pc via GOTOMYPC.  I'm pretty new to firewalls. The log indicates various dropped TCP packets with source\destination being expertcity Domain names.  Anyone heard of such a problem?  Now, I'm wondering if I need to open ports.

Thanks

Is this new firewall on the computer you want to access?  Make sure that the Sonicwall program is "allowing" the GoToMyPC program to access the internet.

Since you just got this firewall, I recommend that you take a look at another one which is very popular.  I use it and like it a lot.  There's a free version for personal use also if you like:

Just make sure you allow the connection to the internet for that program when it's asking for it.  If anything, you can add these permissions in manually.  If you are doing this in ZoneAlarm, go into ZoneAlarm->Program Control->Programs and click the Add button on the bottom.  Look for that GoToMyPC program and give it access to go online.

You should be set after that.
