Cisco 2800 Router w/ VWIC-2MFT-T1 - Load Balacing

I am trying to upgrade harware and add an addtional line between to point using SBC T1 connection. I've done this with serial  WIC cards before - How do you set up a VWIC? We are pulling out 4 channels  on one T1 before the router on an adtran unit for tie lines on an old PBX.

Where do I put the load balancing?

!-- Below is the configuration for the first T1 controller
controller T1 0/0
framing esf
clock source internal
linecode b8zs channel-group 0 timeslots 1-24 speed 1536

!-- Below is the configuration for the second T1 controller
controller T1 0/1
framing esf
clock source internal
linecode b8zs
channel-group 0 timeslots 1-20 speed 1280

!-- This serial interface was created from T1 controller 0/0
interface Serial0/0:0
ip address a.b.c.d 255.255.255.252
no shut

!-- This serial interface was created from T1 controller 0/1
interface Serial0/1:0
ip address a.b.c.d 255.255.255.252
no shut

Enable CEF and let a dynamic routing protocol help load balance.
Good reference document, and there are more links at the bottom of that page for more information:
