security policy does not allow users to authenticate as themselves

when trying to debug getting error on debug process "security policy does not allow users to authenticate as themselves"
i am remote debugging from a server the full error is as follows unable to start debugging process access is denied because the network access sharing and security model for local accountssecurity policy does not  allow users to authenticate as themselves

Please assist as soon as possible

That might be caused of remote machine "Local Security Policy" setting. Open the remote machine "Local Security Policy" snap-ins. Expand "Local Policies" then click on "Security Options", and look for "Network access: Sharing and security model for local accounts". If it is set to "Guest only - local users authenticate as Guests" to "Classic - local users authenticate as themselves". You might need to logoff your account and relogin.
