At our store locations we have a store login.  Within this login we set up email so that all employee email profiles are listed to choose when opening Outlook 2003.  I have the profile (it is a roaming profile) working, consistant with each PC I log on with the store login.  My problem is that the email signatures do not stick.  The signatures show up in in the signature picker.  We would like the signatures to appear without the employees having to pick their signature everytime they login their email.  We are running Outlook 2003 and Server 2003/Exchange 2003

Please advise
