Disabling file and print sharing via registry

    This is a tweak for win95 win98 and winME. It would stand to reason this would work in win2000. I would test it on my pc, but I need the network sharing enabled. :)

    User Key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Network
    System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Network
    Value Name: NoFileSharing, NoPrintSharing
    Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
    Value Data: (0 = file sharing, 1 = disabled)
