Limit logon hours on a workstation
Hi,
We're running a Windows 200 network. We'd like to limit 3 of our computers to only be used Monday -Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM. Any other time we don't want to let anyone logon. Is there someway to do this?

Is there a way to do it by computer, not user?
What your looking for is specific software to do that, such as...
http://www.share2.com/new/utilities/deskto_lock.htm
This will allow you to program when the computer can be used and when is should be locked.

haven't tried but possibly you can simply have a scheduled task, running at 5pm doing a net stop workstation and one at 7am doing a net start workstation
this will stop and start the workstation service that is needed to logon to the workstation
