Outlook 2002 - contents of PST files

If I export a pst, or just use a backup copy of a pst, should that also contain the email accounts that were setup?

I am moving pst files from one computer to another and everything is there except the email account info.

Don't know if that is normal or if I am missing some setting?

That's normal, you'll need to configure the new machine with the email account information.  There's just 4 things you need:
1.  user name
2.  password
3.  incoming server name
4.  outgoing server name

This information is not stored in your PST file.
This is to protect you. (If someone got your PST file, they wouldn't be able to access your account.)
typically, I just setup the account(s) again.
however, you can try the information here for transferring accounts in 2002 and 2003:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;278168

or use IAF files for previous versions:

Hope this helps!
