I had created the Setup and Deployment Project in VB.net Windows Application. Whenever I am making the changes I have to first uninstall the existing Setup project and then re-install. Is there any way through which I can install on the top of existing one.

If you look at your setup properties there is a "Remove Previous Versions" change to True

There is also a "Detect Newer installed version" I think that should be set to True.
It has been a while sense I install an app. But I may have the True/false backwards.
You may have to experiment some.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

In your app program highlight the setup icon in the Solution Explorer, then look in the properties there is a "Remove Previous Versions" there.
