Exchange GAL Replication between two sites

OK Here's the scoop.  WE just merged with another company and have not yet consolidated our servers, however we need to send email back and forth.  Obviously we have different org names and I know I can use the move wizard from Microsoft but it sounds like a headache.  Is there anything else out there I can do to seamless exchange(bad pun) of our GAL.  Any help would be appreciated.

2 different ADs? 2000 or 2003? and what version of exchange?

ASKER

Sorry forgot to add that stuff.

Both of us are running NT 4.0 (Rock Solid) and Exchange 5.5
well, the interorg tool is usable, but no guarantees there. That will do something of a GAL swap for you, and allow mail flow until you build a server for the migration.

Why the C grade?  This was an excellent suggestion and it works.
