Anyone know a PHP/MySQL Appointment Book?

Hi,

I'm trying to find a preferrably open source PHP/MySQL appointment book to go on an Intranet site for a few users to make daily customer appointments.

I don't really need a user system or anything, just a calendar with a daily list of all the appointments in a schedule and an option to see the details of each appointment.

I can't seem to find one that is like this, I'm even open to one that has a cost associated with it but the only ones I can find are monthly charges and hosted elsewhere which is not what I want at all.

That looks like a neat script, but it doesn't seem to have a time scheduler at all. I need to be able to actually book appointments and have the time slots show up as booked (with a customer name or description for example).

Basically I need something similiar to like the scheduler in Outlook (but web based and multi-user).

Just imagine like if you were making a service appointment for your car, what they would use to keep track of the appointments for the day.
