I am using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange server and am trying to setup a second email account on my pc.  A popup states I cannot have more than 1 account with Exchange on my pc.  How do I set this second account up and also be able to choose which account I want to email from.  I think it is in the control panel Mail icon.  Thanks

You would need to create a new profile in your control panel's mail icon.

I have set up a second profile in the control panel/Mail and then it prompted me to setup new email account.  It still will not let me check Exchange Server stating you cannot have more than 1 exchange server account. Again I have 2 profiles set up.  What else do I need to do.  I have Outlook 2003 closed while setting up the account.

What's the exact error you get?  Does your exchange server authenticate based upon your domain login?  It sounds like it does.  You can use this process to access two different mailboxes from within the same profile if so:

How to manage multiple Exchange mailbox accounts in Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 (291626);EN-US;291626

You would need to have permission to send from both mailboxes and use the FROM button to send from the secondary one.  I don't know if this satisfies your requirements.

Assuming Exchange authentication is based off of the Windows logon, then another option would be logging off Windows and logging on as the alias of the other mailbox.
