recovering stored procedures from old windows/sql installation

I'm dual booted with 2 copies of windows 2000. The first copy has sql server, along with the stored procs i need. problem is, that windows install is totally hosed and I dont want to spend hours trying to get it to work. I can access the drive just fine from my 2nd windows boot, how would I go about accessing these stored procs from the file system? TIA

    if you know db where is sp was - try to attach db mdf ldf (must know files names) to server with Sql server and get sp
