Exchange Server Produces Many Errors
I am having multiple problems with my Exchange Server.
I am unable to recieve email.
I am unable to connect via OWA.
My current set up is one web server that acts as a external DNS.
One server that acts only as an internal DNS
One Server the contains Exchange 2003

My Web Server acts as an External DNS. Is this a problem?
Basic questions, but what is the easiest way to see which servers are the DC?

First thing to check is that the Exchange server is pointing to domain controllers ONLY for DNS. No external DNS servers should be used.
Next, for your external problems, go to dnsreport.com and enter your domain name. This will run a series of tests, which includes tests connecting to your email server. The errors should tell you what is wrong. If you don't know what they mean then post the errors ONLY and we will diagnose.
