Have you tried to do a nslookup on the domain to see that you have resolution to the other server? Do nslookup - enter - set type=all - southtravels.com.
If the address you used is the real on I tried it whith nslookup and the domain is down

There is a problem with the southtravels.com domain. Either they turned off the server or their registration of a domain name has expired and been removed from the internet

southtravels.com is online and running and the registration will be expired by 2012. so i believe there is something needs to be done. so if anyone of you can figure out what seems to be the problem just let me know.

Now if found their server and i was able to connect to their mailserver via telnet so it might have been a temporary break

Telnet is not disabled to the compuer since I did connect to it. If you are unable to connect via telnet port 25 then you have that port closed on your firewall or switch

ok sorry, what i am saying is you can't connect on port 23 on that server... but 25 is still ok. But lets go back to my problem..  is it with our MailEnable mail server or the other server has the problem?

If you can telnet from port 25 on your mailserve to the other server there is some rule on your server that prevent sending mail to that domain. That of couse since they already said that they had checked that your domain is not blacklisted on thier side

If you can send mail to other domains there has to be some rule either with you or with the receiver that prevents delivery.
