I am trying to create a report based on the data in a public folder on an Exchange server.

I can connect to it no problem, however, I am unable to figure out what to do next, I just need to generate a report showing the contents of the foler, showing appointment dates, appointment times. The field for these do not seem to be there.

I have tried looking for example of this but I have been unsuccsessful.

Can anyone give me pointers.

If you have made the connection to the folder, then simply place the fields you require on the report, if you are unsure which fields to use then place all of the filds on and choose the correct ones.

If when you make the connection you see the 'no items found' message this means that you don't have access to this folder on exchange, and you should see your exchange admin to grant the correct permissions.
