Load Balancing for a LAN using 2 internet connections.

Dear All,

My office is having a LAN with 2 internet connections. (leased line and a ADSL connection)
Network is having a this configuration.
it seems like the one and only server is overloaded. And the load is not balanced. Again the ADSL router is not firewalled.

I have to propose a way to do this properly, this is the way currently I am thinking.

I would love to go for Linux. I have seen many applications supporting load balancing and firewalling. But I am curious whether it will be a pain to configure the linux firewall to allow the email exchange server. The problem is I can't get rid of Windows 2003 server. it has to be there.

Could any one enlighten me how to solve this problem.

Mainly I would like to configure our new LAN so that each PC will see only one gateway and one DNS Server.
