ZoneAlarm Pro lost all my Zone's information and now will not retain the Zones that I setup

ZoneAlarm Pro lost all my Zone's information and now will not retain the Zones that I setup. Of Course, with today's Great Software support, I've got one reply from ZoneLabs repeating my question back to me with no answer.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Have you tried doing an inplace upgrade?  ZoneAlarm is designed to allow you to do upgrades to the same version level of either the same or different version (free, pro, suite, etc.) of the application;  this may correct the problem of the existing install not retaining settings.  For example, if you are running ZA Pro 5.5.062.011 (the current version), you can download a fresh copy and install it as an upgrade to your current install.

Since ZoneAlarm is not saving settings, there may be a problem with your
TrueVector service. ZoneAlarm is dependent on its TrueVector service to
function properly. You may need to refresh the files associated with this
service.

Please note that this will remove your program permission settings (so you
may want to make note of them), but re-establishing them is a simple
process. If any of the steps below does not apply to you, or you are
unable to perform the function listed, please continue to the next step.

** NOTE - Beginning with ZA+/ZAP version 4, you can create a Backup
of your settings, and then restore them afterwards. See the local
ZoneAlarm Help files for specifics.

- Shutdown ZoneAlarm

- Open the Internet Logs directory (in 98SE/ME this will be
c:\windows\internet logs, in 2000 it will be c:\winnt\internet logs, in
Windows XP it could be either of these folders). If you need to keep a copy
of old alerts, copy the ZAlog.txt file to another location first - then DELETE
ALL FILES in this folder.

**Note - If any files failed to delete, continue to the next file.

- Empty your Recycle Bin.
- Reboot.
