mobile java web service client with JSR172

Is there currently any mobilephones that supports JSR172. I want to make a j2me client that connects to a .net web service with ws-security.

If you have any good alternatives, please let me know.

    Also based on
    it seems that you can still run without the support of JSR 172 as long as you use kSoap library.

    does the ksoap library support any kind of security, like WS-security?
