OLE Error with Pivot Table view on form

We are getting the following error when we try to open a form with a pivot table view via a macro:
The connection with the OLE server was lost, or the OLE server encountered an error while you were using it

Some computers get the error and some don't.    Any ideas what would be causing this error?
