Aironet 1410 antena algiment

Hi frreinds

I dont have a problem to be solved like most ppl here....I am a new in the wirless world and i wanna get some high quality information from u experts....can anyone plzz tell me if the cisco aironet 1410 ( wich works at the 5.2 band ) antenas could be used non line of sight or not ?....and what kind of antennas that I could use with the 5.2 band and is it more difficult to install than the 2.4 band antenaas ?

No. Line of sight is critical for all 802.11 class wireless devices that do bridging.

Tha 1410 is a bridge only. Cisco does have a different line of antennas for them.

The above link is to the Cisco 1410 ordering guide, which will get you info on the antennas.

The config is easy. The alignment is done with flashing lights on the back on the antennas, if you use the built-in ones. This can be difficult.
