How do I turn off non delivery responses in Exchange 5.5?

How do I turn off non delivery responses in Exchange 5.5? Our emal server is being killed by spam and when it tries to send no deleivery responses back it fills the que up how can i stop this?

    If your exchange 5.5 is up to Service Pack 4, might have a look at - it may cost you though.

    I found a way to stop the spam. I placed a software firewall in the way of the Exchange server and started knocking out any Overseas IP address I could find. After I blocked Korea, China, France, and a few other places spam dropped almost to nothing.
