I need a nitch, a specific area of the market that is not a heavily traffic area so that I can advertise with it.
I'm building only flash sites from templates that have a ton of effects.

Could you guys give me some corners of the market that do not cost nearly as much as more general areas.

Thanks in advance,

Your marketing strategy should reflect your niche moreso than having your niche reflect your marketing strategy.  You can find one good approach to identifying suitable keywords for your services while factoring in marketing costs here - www.seo-guy.com/seo-tutorial/keyword-research.html.  It can definitely be applied to your situation.

Also take a look at Duz's excellent post about keyword selection in another thread - www.experts-exchange.com/Q_21272204.html#13032040.
