win2k domain want to make a login script to delete a registry key if in reg and set local GP settings

hello,

i need to create a login script that deletes a registry key if that key is in the registry for xp and win2k pro.

the registry key is;

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\POLICIES\disablewindowsupdateacess

then i want to set the local group policy, computer configuration, administrative templates, windows update

set configure automatic updates enable, option 3 auto donwload and notify for install, option 0 everyday, 9:00am

specificfy intranet microsoft update service location to http://10.1.1.38 and the same for the statistics server

and then
automatic updates detection frequency to 10 hours

has anyone done this with a logon script??

If you apply a GP is should overwrite/change the disablewindowsupdateaccess reg key. I think.
