    Accepted Solution

msvcrtd.dll is a debug version of the run-time library.

Is there any particular reason you need to run a debug version?

If not, build a release version; this will link against msvcrt.dll which every Windows machine will already have.

You could also try linking statically, although I don't remember if that will work for the run-time.
