Killing IE from a different form that calls it

My application calls IE with one form and I'm attempting to kill it when a different form is visible to the user.  I want to have the user click "next" which will warn the user that they are going to exit from IE - then kill IE and do something else.  How would I code the form (preferably the "OK" selection of the mesaage box in the form) that I want to kill IE?
