How can I password protect a webpage that is part of my website? I have a link to a confidential page from my index.htm but when someone clicks on it I only want people certain authorized people to be able to see it.  I will supply the password for the page and give it to certain people.

Create a subweb within your website and put the confidential data in the subweb. Set permissions on the subweb and create user accounts for the people you want to have access.
