Best Content Management System...

Hi.. We´ve got cPanel, and with it some open source content management systems (Drupal, Geeklog, Mambo Open Source, PHP-Nuke, phpWCMS, phpWebSite, Post-Nuke, Siteframe, Typo3, Xoops).

I´ve spend some time on Mambo, and although quite powerful, it´s rather complex for my clients to use for themselves.... also, I can´t take the copyright notices out....

Is there any content management out there that doesn´t cost $25,000 a year (Atomz), and is still up for the job? Our budget is rather minimal, but a couple of hundred bucks for a site would be acceptable...

Also, which one out of the following list is the best...? (Drupal, Geeklog, Mambo Open Source, PHP-Nuke, phpWCMS, phpWebSite, Post-Nuke, Siteframe, Typo3, Xoops).
