SCSI Drivers in DOS BOOT

I am trying to image a few computers, but the HDs are SCSI.  I was told that Ghost would reconize the drives, if i loaded the right SCSI drivers.  How do i create a boot disk that loads the correct SCSI drivers?

The answer is somewhat dependent on more details than you have given, and on the specific SCSI host adapter.  But let's say, for the sake of argument that the drive is one single file, call it "SCSIDrv.SYS".

In your Config.sys file, you would have a line that looked something like:

The problem is, there might be (or need to be) a lot of options and other syntax on that line which would be device and driver specific.  The "driver" might also consist of not a single file but of multiple files, some possibly loaded in Autoexec.bat as well as in Config.sys.

Many SCSI controllers have a BIOS on the card that comes into this as well, and that can be set to boot off a scsi drive.  The settings in this bios might also be critical to your ability to access these scsi drives.

So, it is a lot of trial and error to figure out what exactly make the SCSI adapter work in DOS?

No, it should be straightforward, but you have the software (in particular the drivers for the scsi ports) and the manuals, and I don't, and can therefore only talk in generalities.  You have provided almost no specifics at all.
