Microsoft SQL DMO(ODBC: SQLstate 42000) error

While restoring the SQL serverdatabase, I obtain the following error:

Microsoft SQL DMO(ODBC: SQLstate 42000):

The backup of the system database on devise XXXX cannot be restored because it was created by a different version of the server (117441211) than this server (134218262)

A resolutions is very much appreciated.
