We have an exchange server 2000 at our corporte office
Running windows 2000 server

Is there a way I can type in an email address and have it remember the address from a previous email?

can this also be done in outlook web access?

Outlook 2003 can do this (works with Exchange Server 2000 as well as with ES 2003); don't think OWA or O2000 can, but someone else may know better.

Alternatiovely Right click an email address in a previously sent or received message, to get the option to add it to your contacts.

Try this:

Options > E-mail Options... > Advanced E-mail Options...

Check the box "Automatic Name Checking"

That was already checked, so that didn't solve the problem

The feature just may not be available but I thought it was, just not sure were to go

This might help you

Try removing the *.nick file and see if that would help in your Outlook 2000.
