How to change summary field format in a pivot

I have a Pivot grouped by city and by area.  The summary info counts # Cases per Month and the percentage of the count of cases basead on the area group.  My % summary does not have decimals and is rounding DOWN to the lower number.  I've tried editing all the summary fields to include 2 decimals but I still get the % with 0 decimals and rounding down.  I even tried changing the rounding option from 1 to 1.00, without lick.  I want to show 2 decimals.  Like the example below.  How can I change my summary field format to (% with 2 decimals).

                     JAN            FEB          MAR        TOTAL

Have you tried changing the default formats

Open Crystal
Click FILE --> OPTIONS
Select the FIELDS Tab
Set the default number format.

Yes, but sorry to say, that doesn't work either.

Haven't built that type of report nor do I have any databases that could be used.  I suspect you may be stuck.

Nope, this did not work either.  Are you tryinh this in a crosstab report?  Your recommendation works fine in a regular detail report, but not in a crosstab that calculates a % of a group as a summary.  Thanks though and please let me know if you find anything that works.

I'Ve gone to the report options, and to the field formatting and to the crosstab expert.

Guys I found an answer.  Look at this article:
