The following error comes up for a person running Windows 2000 Pro:
Connection rejected. SSL Certificate could not be checked for revocation. Please contact citrix administrator. SSL error 78.
All information that I have found says to edit the APPSRV.INI file.  But that is NOT solving this problem.  We have removed and reinstalled the Citrix web client and cleared cache and all that fun basic stuff.
Any info would be a great help.
Thanks

Your error looks like it pertains to this: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q283218
Check that and see if it's perhaps your problem.
