Website shifts when viewed in Firefox

http://www.vmrf.org/research-websites/gcf/indexbeta.html

When viewed in IE, the website works perfectly, you can click on any of the links and the table on the left stays put while the text on the right changes.  In Firefox however, links #4, #5, and #6 will shift the page over a little bit when you click on them.  I've checked my code and the tables are the same size so I don't know what gives.  Is this just a quirk with Firefox or can I edit my code to get this to work.

that actually puts a usable scrollbar...althought it goes the length of the window, and it puts a horizontal scrollbar as well.

i know i have played with this in the past and couldn't find a way to make Firefox mimic IE's behaviour...
glad we could help you!  sorry there's not a better way around this issue.

I just added some blank space at the bottom of the pages that were moving so they would extend down and get that scroll bar to appear.
