How do I run and sql script from access?

You use a 'pass through query' type in Microsoft Access. It passes the SQL directly to SQL Server (or whatever database server you're using)

My question is, when I open a database in the access environment.... I know some clicks take ther I just do not remember which
hmmm can you rephrase that question?

Best way to do what you are asking is to create an adp (access project) connectoing to a specific sql server database.  You can then directly create views and stored procedures with the look and feel of traditional Access queries.  Hope this helped....
