I've just been given a 2003 server with the .net frame work already on it.

i set a virtual directory etc and put a test html page on and every thing works fine.

So i put a test aspx called 'default.aspx' page on and i get a 404 error

* I have registered the .net framework to iis and  I have added default.aspx to documents in iis

should be that straight forward, no?

cheers apb
