what do l need to do when l am running windows 2003 server and l need to setup seperate email accounts to be distributed to each computer system

Hello . l am running windows 2003 server, and l need to be able to setup individual email accounts so that the clients can have seperate email addresses and receive the emails . l know this can be done but l do not know where to start.
Please could someone point me in the righrt direction.

    You can either buy a number of mailboxes from an ISP or you can set up an Exchange server and register a domain name where you will get all mail sent to that domain delivered to your Exchange and in turn to the users
