Calendar control and CSS

My CSS sheet makes all links on my page be underlined.  I don't want this for the Calendar control though.
So far I have put in .calendar for the CssClass in the Calendar properties.

In my Styles.css sheet I added
.calendar {text-decoration: none}

What am I doing wrong?
