We have developed an application in Oracle 9i & jsp/j2ee on linux platform.
We have about 3,000 images in eps format.
My question is, how do I convert those images (on the fly) and view them in the browser and also how do I print them using jasper reports.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Install ghostscript (http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/) and call this eps2gif routine (http://www.tcm.phy.cam.ac.uk/~mjr/progs/eps2gif) from your java application to create gifs from eps.
