another shell use question

I've searched the questions and did not find a solution to fit my needs. I'm wanting to call within my program an executable that I created previously. I have this executable located in the same folder as the VB.Net executable, and will distribute it like that, so I am not wanting to set a path to my development directory to call it. Is there a way to call this application without setting a full path to it if it resides in the executable folder? If so, how? Thanks.

    Dim psi As New ProcessStartInfo
    With psi
        .FileName = "your exe" ' it must be in the bin directory
        .WindowStyle = ProcessWindowStyle.Maximized
