Any help on the correct syntax of executing the following SQL statement:

INSERT INTO tbGNFilter(FilterName, ViewName, Script) VALUES('Filter2', 'vwAccList', ' WHERE Code = \'123\' ')

I think that this should be correct, but apparently it isn't....any help??
