Remove Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1?

I wanted to install an add-on for OneNote 2003 which required Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. I installed both the add-on and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.

I did not want the add0on after installation so I removed it. I am now being asked to choose a user, of which there is only mine, when I boot. However, checking Users I now see ASP.NET Machine as a user.

I want to go back to setup prior to this installation. Can I remove Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1? Should I remove Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. If not, can I change so that I am not being asked to choose user when I boot.

Oh, Also if you really want to uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 you can do so by going into the start menu then settings/control panel/ then go into add/remove programs
