OWA windows authorization

Exchange 2003 runs on windows standard server 2003.

Using OWA by windows authorization. And it works fine on most of users' PC(win 2000).

Problem: some of users still need to input their user name and password to logoin OWA(after they login their windows 2000).

Did you checked the default permissions  on OWA folders in ISM.

Follow the links below

Is problem related to few users on all machines ? or few machines for all users ?

few users on all machines ? or few machines for all users ?

Using windows authorization,

most users DO NOT need to input name and password again to access OWA after they login their windows.

a few users DO need to input name and password again to access OWA after they login their windows.

everyone have their own PC.
Are the problem users able to logon to another workstation and check the OWA ?

I take it your using SSL? I had a similar problem because I didn't have SSL setup correctly..
