ip routing question

Hi, I am studying cisco ip routing in my test lab. I am trying to enable ospf/eigrp routing on my 1720 router with ios verson 12.1(3). When I give  'router eigrp 10' , I get a message 'ip routing not enabled.' But on 2516 router it goes through. Pls help. Any idea which IOS version supports BGP on 1720?

Thanks a lot,
Jason

Hi Thanks, Not all 12.0 versions support BGP. For example, my image file c1700-y-mz.121-3.bin image does not support or few other latest ones. How the image file looks like?
Thanks

Hi Thanks, the image file name if of c2600, is it the same for 1700?. I could not find the 12.1(14) but I tried c1700-y-mz.121-20.bin and c1700-Y7-Mz.123-2.T4.bin (ie 12.1(20) and 12.3(2). I am using the ios hunter program to search for iso versions and I could not find the one you mentioned.
Whenever I tried to enable BGP it says, unknown routing protocol' or 'this protocol not in this image'
