"Unable to load resource" when attempting to install using WebStart

Hi,

I have successfully launched an application using WebStart on the web server hosting the JNLP file.  However when I test it out on a users machine I get the following error messages in WebStart.  Any ideas?

Cheers,
Steve

Are you hosting that resource locally for testing purposes? If so you need to be running a web server

change localhost to your machine hostname.
The same machine name from that thread: https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21398812/Web-Start-reporting-gapdataclient-jar-missing-when-it's-not.html
where  you have successfully launched an application
