nVidia Driver Problem

Hello,
I have a eVGA GeForce 6800 GT (AGP) graphics card. I am trying to install the drivers to support video capturing and keep getting an error. The driver which was giving me a problem was nVidia WDM Video Capture (universal), which said "This device cannot start. (Code 10)".
I have installed the latest drivers for my card but that only caused more problems.
nVidia WDM TVTuner, a driver which was working before, now has the same error.
I also tryed to update to the latest nVidia WDM drivers, but the Code 10 error still appears.
I found on the nVidia site that "Code 10" is caused by not setting "Assign IRQ for VGA" in BIOS, but I have an IRQ set. I also checked the manual and set all the preferred BIOS settings it listed as best I could. Thank you in advance.

I am not sure you are using this card correctly - according to http://www.pcper.com/article.php?aid=60&type=expert, this card has no video capture capability.  The s-video and other ports are output-only, which would explain why those capture drivers don't work.  Is there a piece of hardware you neglected to tell us about?

Thanks, it did turn out there was no input for the card. I was just curious because I wanted to get rid of those VHS tapes and make DVD's out of them. I assumed a high end graphics card would have that feature as well. Guess not.
