Need a program that will scan network and give me hardware details

I need to upgrade all the compuers RAM on the network, but I need to know what speed RAM all the systems have.  is there an application out there that will scan computers on the domain/network, and provide a report of Hardware details like Memory amounts and speeds of the RAM?

It would make this task way easier.

Check out Everest from Lavalys  www.lavalys.com   There are two versions of the product.  The home edition, which is free for individuals to use, and the Professional edition which is not free but can be deployed across a network.   Everest will tell you everything you want to know about a computer and then some.
