Netlogon script not replicating from 2003 server to WinNT BDC

I have recently upgraded my network to 2003 AD in interim mode.  I have two 2003 DC's and one NT BDC.  I can edit the NETLOGON scripts in either of the 2003 machines which are replicated to the other correctly, but they dont replicate to the NT BDC.  The other issue is that it would appear the client machines are being authenticated by the BDC as the netlogon script being used is the one from the BDC as the changes I make on the 2003 machines are not reflected on the clients.

Question 1:  How do I get the NETLOGON scripts to replicate to the NT BOX?
Question 2:  Why is the BDC being used for validation all the time?

1. What OS on the workstations?
2. Do you use same name on 2003 domain?
You will also find a lot of useful information in this article: http://www.windowsitlibrary.com/Content/716/06/5.html?Ad=1&

1.  All workstations are XP
2.  If you are refering to the name of the first 2003 DC, no, it has a different name to the original NT PDC.

No I am not referring to the name of the server but the name of the domain. Do you have the same netbios name on the 2003 domain as the NT domain. Why I ask is if it is a different name the workstations have to be directed to the new domain otherwise they will continue to log in on the old domain and server

Try to run netdiag from the workstation specially netdiag /test:dclist and see what is the domain controller that is discovered by your workstation. You can also check the LogonServer environment variable form a command promt. Just type set and you will get a listing of all variables.
