Win2k3 terminal server and Outlook

I have a Win2k3 server setup as a terminal server.
Currently all terminal server users have administrative access to the local machine for Office to work correctly.
I dont like the idea of people having this type of access, so when I ammend this - taking the ts users group I created out of the local administrators group.
Outlook wont open - suffers with 'Outlook has suffered a problem and needs to close'
And when opening other office application I keep getting the box to enter user details!
As soon as I put them back in to the local administrators group everything works fine!!
Anybody know how I can solve this issue without giving local admin access???

How did you install Office in the first place? There is a very specific process for installing Office in a terminal server environment. Please refer to:

There are some changes depending on what version of Offic eyou have but this should get you pointed in the right direction.
